All packages are sent signature required unless requested otherwise. If the signature requirement is waived, the customer accepts responsibility for any missing and/or lost packages.
Additional shipping costs for rejected or returned to shipper packages are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking information is sent once the order has been processed and shipped. Orders placed before 2 pm PST are often shipped same day. Orders placed over a weekend will be shipped the following Monday morning.
MILL is not responsible for customs fees incurred from importing goods. Fragrance may not be shipped internationally.
We are happy to accept returns for items within 7 days of order delivery. The returned merchandise must be free from wear, stains, odor or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. Returned items must have the original tags attached and must be accompanied with a copy of the receipt. When returning shoes, the return must include the original unused shoe box in original condition or the return will be denied. We offer you the option of exchange or refund on online orders. Refunds are credited to the original form of payment.
Customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs for returns and exchanges. MILL does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to MILL.

If you purchase an item in store our store policies apply. We accept exchanges or returns for store credit with original receipt within 7 days of purchase. Returns shipped to our Website Returns Address are not accepted.
Extended Holiday Return Policy (in-store):
Full price items are eligible for exchange or store credit only through January 12, 2014. Items must be accompanied by receipt and be unused with tags and packaging attached.
Sales tax is charged on orders shipped within California at the local tax rate.
